Interactive Session on Collateral Free Loans under CGTMSE Scheme
26 February, 2021We are delighted to inform you that ELCINA Micro and Small Industry Forum (EMSIF) with the support of Alliance of Indian MSMEs (AIM) and M/s. Artha Capital Management had organized an interactive session for ELCINA MSME’s Members (only for Tamil Nadu & Karnataka Members) for Collateral Free Loans under CGTMSE Scheme on 26th February, 2021. Twenty members had registered for the Session.
As availability of bank credit without the hassles of collaterals / third party guarantees would be a major source of support to the Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE). Govt. of India launched Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS) to strengthen credit delivery system and facilitate flow of credit to the MSE sector. To operationalize the scheme, Govt. of India and SIDBI have set up the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE).

Webinar on Government e Marketplace (GeM) Portal
15th September, 2021ELCINA & Government e Marketplace(GeM), Govt. of India organized a webinar on 15th Sept. 2021 for its members as the GeM portal is currently being used by almost all Departments / Organizations of Central and State Governments as mandated mandatory by the Government of India. The General Financial Rules have been amended in March 2017 and Rule 149 has also been introduced in this regard. Any vendor who wants to supply to the Govt. Bodies must be registered on the portal.
